Create good BBQ products.

That's it. That's the mission.

We're not curing diseases. We're not changing the world. We're putting Uncle Dave's 1991 World Championship recipe in a bottle so more people can taste what he made, and we're going to make a few more good things after this one.

If we can do that, and we can do it the right way — treating our customers like family, paying our manufacturer fairly, telling the truth on the label — then we've done our job.

That's the whole mission.

• Real ingredients. No filler. No mystery powders.
• Honest labels. If it's medium heat, it's medium heat.
• Made in the U.S. (Texas, specifically. By Valdez Spice Corp.)
• Priced fairly. Premium product, not premium markup.
• Tested by people who actually cook BBQ, not focus groups.
